Dr. Andriana Shumova received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Montreal in 2014. In a pursuit of excellence, she moved to Rochester and completed a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Handelman Award for exceptional leadership skills, clinical and academic excellence, and high standard of ethics.

Dr. Andriana is committed to providing professional, personable and innovative dentistry to all. She loves getting to know her patients and helping them achieve their best smiles and a healthier lifestyle. Her gentleness and attentiveness will comfort you during each visit. She will advise you honestly and provide you with high-quality dental care according to your needs. Her philosophy is simple: treat her patients as she would like to be treated.

Dr. Andriana believes in life-long learning and she strives to stay at the tip of the spear in terms of dental research and technology. She enjoys attending continuing education seminars that cover the various aspects of General and Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Shumova is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the 7th District Dental Society and the Seattle Study Club of Rochester.

Outside of the office, Dr. Andriana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, traveling and hiking.
